Early Bird
Early Bird
ROAST: Light
NOTES: Wine, Citrus, Floral.
These little gems are both bright and beautiful. Early Bird makes for the prefect light roast. With distinctive delicate wine, citrus, floral, fruity like notes, Early Bird coffee beans make for a very interesting hot, or cold coffee drink. The unique fruity flavour in Early Bird change drastically depending on the processing and brewing technique used. If you don’t enjoy the strong, full-bodied cups of coffee, or primarily drink tea, then this coffee is for you. Due to the unique flavours of this bean we don’t recommended adding milk to your brew as we feel it dulls the acidity of the bean. Adding a tiny amount of sugar can heighten the flavour profile, but many of us are purists and prefer to enjoy it without.
