Return & Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Private individuals who purchase goods online are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Norwegian law. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note: we must be able to sell the returned item as new.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or items with an expiration date (e.g., coffee, tea, chocolate), in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act §12, first paragraph.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act §15, first paragraph).

Note: We do not accept returns sent via cash on delivery or “receiver pays postage.” All returns must be sent as registered mail or tracked parcel.

You still retain the right to make a claim under the provisions of the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
