Cascadia is in our opinion a truly outstanding blend. Using the Swiss Water Process, this coffee is created without the use of chemicals. Cascadia Decaf made it onto our coffee menu as it fits well with our ethos of providing you with excellent coffee- especially if you cannot enjoy caffeinated beans! This wonderful three bean blend boasts distinct notes of chocolate, dark stoned fruits, light spices. Imagine your grandmothers Christmas cake. That is what spring to mind when you inhale the delicious aroma from this blend.
